This culture of constant improvement means the advice you receive is always current. Combined with advanced systems and processes, our approach turns a traditionally slow and vague process into a clear, smooth experience.
Our Story
Dependable Partners began as merely a vision, shared between two childhood friends who grew up in South Florida. After graduating from Florida State University, which hosts the top-ranked Risk Management & Insurance program, they set off on separate paths. One immersed himself in the fast-paced world of a national brokerage before moving to a midsize firm where he saw that he had not only the skillset but opportunity to build an agency from the ground up. The other joined a boutique commercial shop, mastering coverage analysis while perfecting the blend of digital and traditional marketing that draws the right clients.
Over the years they compared notes and noticed the same industry shortcomings: fragmented service, slow processes, and limited client education. In May of 2025 they decided they were going to offer a better way. Ultimately coming together to launch Dependable Partners, a founder-led agency that pairs national-broker technical depth with the agility and transparency today’s businesses expect.

Chase Febles is a Florida State University graduate, which hosts the #1 ranked risk management & insurance program in the nation. Since graduating, Chase has helped businesses across all industries build and strengthen their insurance programs, a journey that led him to found and lead Dependable Partners.
Lucas Alvarez
Director of Business Development
Lucas Alvarez is a Florida State University graduate with a Master’s in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. Since graduating, Lucas has mastered the art of identifying businesses in need of stronger protection, which brought him to help found Dependable Partners.
