Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 05/21/2025

Dependable Partners LLC together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Dependable Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a U.S.–based commercial insurance brokerage that delivers insurance placement, program administration, risk‑management advice, captive management, and related services (the “Services”).

Safeguarding the personal information entrusted to us is fundamental to our business. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be associated with a particular individual (“personal information”**).
It applies to:

  • visitors, users, and customers of our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, including dependablepartners.net and any other site we control (collectively, the “Sites”);

  • current, former, and prospective clients and their representatives;

  • individuals who communicate with us or whose personal information we handle while providing the Services; and

  • any other individual whose personal information we receive in connection with the Services.

Aggregated or de‑identified data that cannot reasonably be linked to a particular person or household is treated as non‑personal information and falls outside the scope of this Policy.

This Policy does not cover our processing of information about employees, job applicants, independent contractors, or agents, each of whom receive a separate privacy notice. Additional privacy statements may supplement this Policy where required by law or where our data practices go beyond what is described here.

Individuals with disabilities may access this Policy using standard assistive technologies or by contacting us at info@dependablepartners.net or (561) 644‑0458.

Our Sites

Unless a particular Site states otherwise, Dependable Partners is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through the Sites. Some business divisions maintain their own websites and privacy notices; where a separate notice appears, it governs.

Our Role as Controller or Processor

Data‑protection laws distinguish between entities that “control” personal information (determine the purposes and means of processing) and those that “process” it on behalf of a controller. We act as a controller when we decide why and how personal information will be handled (e.g., for our own marketing, client relations, or regulatory compliance). When we process information strictly under a customer’s instructions, for example, administering a captive on a customer’s behalf, we act as that customer’s processor/service provider and their privacy notice governs. Requests regarding information we process in a processor role should be directed to the relevant customer.

Information We Collect

Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information about you and, where applicable, third parties such as beneficiaries, dependents, or employees. If you provide information about someone else, you represent that you have authority to do so and that you have informed them of this Privacy Policy.
